About 4Rs Psychology
4Rs Psychology offers general psychology and counselling services, and was founded in 2021. 4RS Psychology aims to cater to clients who have a ‘9 to 5’ job and who find it difficult attending psychology sessions during ‘business hours’. Therefore, sessions are available between 6-8pm on week days and are delivered via Telehealth (i.e. video conference).
The 4Rs Psychology approach is guided by four principles: Reset, Rebuild, Regain, Renew.
Reset: Be willing to Let go of what you already know and be open to new learnings.
Rebuild: Develop new knowledge and skills to achieve your goals.
Regain: Get control of your own life once more.
Renew: Continue your self-improvement and discover new directions in life.

Mr. Chau Hai Nguyen (He/Him/His), Psychologist
Introduction
I am a qualified and registered general psychologist. I offer general counselling and psychology services. Regardless of which mode of therapy I end up using with a client, clients can always expect me to be:
- Respectful
- Open-minded
- Constructive
- Empathetic
- Non-judgemental
- Non-directive
- Collaborative
- Holistic
- Challenging but always fair
- An excellent listener
Therapy can be difficult and overwhelming when confronting our demons, past traumas, and current realities that we just wish never existed. My aim in therapy is to work side-by-side with clients through these difficult emotions and thoughts, in a way that helps clients feel supported and safe.
